WORLD WAR TWO

World War Two started off
With Hitler, bombs and suicide,
Japan attacking Pearl Harbour,
No-one has anywhere to hide.

Children dying
All around,
Mothers crying,
A terrible sound.

Then on Hiroshima
Comes the atom bomb 'Little Boy'.
everything explodes with one push,
America's devastating toy.

And on Nagasaki,
As if that wasn't enough,
Down comes 'Fat Man',
For Japan, that's way over rough.

Vanquished in the battle,
Left over, no signs of life,
Japan gives up,
It's too much strife.

A Golden Memory

I have a golden memory
Happy or sad
With me, my brothers,
My mum and my dad.
I have a golden memory
Of us in a quiet place,
Rolling down a hill
As if in a race,
Making a warming fire
In the winter,
Cooking sausages and other things,
Burning every twig and splinter.
But that is a memory,
It's an awful shame
But that is a memory
It will never be the same...

Japanese Culture

I would like to talk about some interesting facts that I know about Japanese Culture. Japanese people believe in spirits which control the main power of the nature.

They are; Courage; symbolized by Tiger, Speed; symbolized by Leopard, Flexibility; symbolized by Monkey, Health, symbolized by Crane, Wisdom, symbolized by Mantis(A kind of lizard), and Power, symbolized by Dragon.

In Japan there are 3 types of religion:

Budhism: Nearly all the people in Japan believe in Budhism. They worship Zen Buda.
Taoism: It is the samurai religion and they don’t use technology, they live in villages and worship the biggest and the strongest samurai Yen-Tao.
Shintoism: It is the templars’ religion. They worship the spirits and never fight..

The Similarities Between Samurais and Star Wars’ Jedis

Both the jedis and the samurais finish screaming with “ai”
They both believe in Courage, Wisdom, Peace, Knowledge, Serenity and Harmony. They both also stay away from Emotion, Ignorance, Passion and Chaos.
