In Heaven

When I first heard that
I was shot in my heart
I could only think that
The last day had come
To take me to heaven.

My heart melted
Like ice in the desert
Waiting to be taken
Where he was born in his mind.

My only sadness
Was losing hearts of gold
Losing my friends, losing my teachers
Like crashing into the island called Canada.

When they heard the news
They became confused
Losing a bird from the family
Made as bad as a boy
Who cannot reach the lollipop in Heaven.

The day arrived
To go to Canada
Where İ would find my dreams
Where I would lose my dreams.

We cried like flowers that cannot get wet
We hugged each other like a soldier
Who will miss his family
We looked once again
To be together again.

I cried
İ was in Canada.
Where was the starting point?
Where was the ending point?
A life full of memories
Full of smiles
In the heaven place.

Coolest Girl Yasemin

I had a friend whose name was Yasemin
She had red hair and white skin
She was a bit nervous and could easily explode
But, in any case, she had a heart of gold...

We would go to the movies together
Or take long walks in any kind of weather
Her grades in lessons were a bit better
When I asked her how, she answered with laughter.

Her dad was an English teacher in our school
For that reason she was always proud and cool
Her dad was honest and didn't like to fool.
He was the second loved after the swimming pool...

Last year she told me they would not stay in Turkey
I was so angry and spoke to her in fury
I told her not to leave me
But she went to England and finally left meç

Now she is in England and sends me e-mails
I tell her I cry all nights and days
Sometimes I remember the good times we had
But I know she could not say 'No' to her dad...

In my Dreams...

Everything started to go blurry
Just like the colour of chicken curry
When I started to see something funny
Like the first day of school...

I was going up the steps quite quickly
Meeting my friends really excitedly
While the assistant principal was welcoming everyone
Asking them what they had done.

I was really excited, my heart was racing
Who would be the one's teaching?
I kept talking with my friends about school
But they just told me to be cool.

My hands started to shake
My head started to boil
Would my classmates really be loyal?

Then, a crash of lightening and I was panicked with fear
And I saw someone really quite near
'We're going out for a walk 'That's what she says'
We just need to look at our pays.

So ıt was just a nightmare
I'm really glad
Of course, my mom didn't believe me
She thinks I'm mad!

A lesson for Bullies!

I have bad memories of last year
By the end of my story you'll be in tears
Now don't cut my words
Or you will eat my sword.

Some bullies wanted money
I gave only honey
When my friends came
The bullies had gone.

The other day they attacked me
My friends defended me
They went down to discipline
But they didn't learn their lesson.

That day was April first
But the bullies had the worst
Day they'd ever had
We think they are bad
They had our jokes
With bad feelings in their bodies.
But we didn't hurt them because we are not BULLIES!

The First Day of School

On the first day of school
I brought my tool
I saw my friends
I missed their trends.

The teachers had hearts of gold
Some of them were old
Some of them were blonde
But they weren't cold.

The students were extremely happy
They all seemed lovely
They musn't be naughty
All of them were friendly.

The lessons were hard
They seemed like a chart
We played with them like cards
We can smash them like tanks.

A hard year started
We felt excited
But we were pretty
And the teachers were ready.

Tidying my Room on a Great Day

Once I tried to keep my room tidy.
So I would be a nicer young lady.

I tidied up my trousers
My t-shirts, books and drawers.

I opened my windows
So the wind filled my room with the smell of the rose.

I put the sheets on my table away.
It looked as if it was a brighter day.

It was a really great challenge for me
To keep my room tidy.

But at least, I did my best
And there is no importance for the rest.

The Purple Turtle

There was a turtle,
His colour was purple.

He wanted to run very fast
Everyday he tried hard

His mother said: "You can't run"
He tried more and more.

At last he ran very fast
His mother and father were very happy with that.

Unfortunately at the end
He was dead.

Acrobatic Movemens

Once he tried to climb a stick
He fell down because it was thick

He wanted to jump high and fall in the pool
He thought that it was cool

He jumped up in the air
His head was on the ground with his hair

He tried to climb a tree
He fell down, broke his bones, but they were only three

He wanted to give up
But a trainer helped him to get up.

Playing Basketball

Playing basketball was a challenge,
Shooting was the biggest
Passing was the easiest
When I was seven.

But now it isn't a challenge .
I like the ball
I like my playing
But I am trying

I was crying
But now I am playing
I won the cup
I took the ball.

Kate's Life

She was born different from the other,
But she had best father and mother.
She could't see and she couldn't hear,
But life never made her fear

She worked hard to make the best,
And she passed the most important test.
No one believed that she could write.
But she wrote a book called "Kate's Life".

The War in Africa

A mother can die,
To find water for her child.
The people there,
Are so so wild.

* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *
Here is the African land,
You do what you want.
But an African can't,
It's a challange in this land.

* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *
There the only desire,
is to find a piece of bread.
But nobody there,
Can eat enough for them.

Best Friends

She had two very good friends.
One liked pizzas, one liked to dance.

They all had fun together,
Thought they would be friends forever.

One day her friends had a fight.
They left her alone and went out of sight.

Next day she tried to make them talk.
But they turned back and walked.

She had to choose between her friends.
She wondered who was the best.

It was a feeling she couldn't hide,
And it was impossible to decide.

So she went and talked to them separately,
Made them think they both were lovely.

They agreed and told she was a good friend
For bringing them together and giving that challenge an end...

LIFE IS A CHALLENGE

It was snowy when I first met
"What! I'm in should be challenge" I said.

I was studying, it was years ago
For my exam, it was a night to go.

I felt like I'm racing fast
But it was nice to get good marks in test.

My heart wanted to get out of my chest
When I heard the results, I was the best.

Then I understood the life, it was real.
Life was a challenge, there was nothing to deal.

But my parents were forcing and forcing me
To be a race horse was the last thing in the world to be.

I didn't wanna be forced.
No! I didn't wanna be a horse.

I loved to study
But no need to hurry.

I knew there's no need to fight
I don't wanna race but challenge is life.

Painting

I took the pencil in my hand,
I fell in a desert full of sand.
I tried to swim in the sand,
Then someone gave me a hand.
That man taught me how to swim,
Then I started to swim with him.
After that I saw a pen,
I drew a river then.
I drew a train,
Then I thought it's nothing without rain.
Under the rain there was grass,
How beautiful that was.
Finally I got out of the paint,
I looked and said, "Great!"

CHESS

Look at the elephant!
The princess looks elegant.

Ride your horses
The eight little forces.

Taking the king out
Make your man shout.

The smell of victory is fine
But don't get out of the line.
