INTRODUCTION

The 20th Annual International Students’ Theory of Knowledge Youth and Culture Conference entitled “Thought-Quake” will be held at EEI, in Istanbul, Turkey, from March 2nd to 4th, 2024.

The main objectives of the conference are:

• to have students investigate in detail some of theassumptions and beliefs of their own cultures and those of others,
• to allow students to work more interactively within the perspective of ToK in a real-world context,
• to provide students with greater inter-cultural awareness by bringing young people from different regions and backgrounds together to explore cultural differences, similarities and express their opinions.
